What should a cool-down include?

it should be a 5-10 minute cool down with lightly aerobic activity to help the heart rate fall to its resting point. Lack of cool down could lead you to a dizziness.

Stretching!!!! then A 10 minute break sitting down in the cool with some water and relaxing
