Please help president woodrow wilson had a key role at the paris peace conference. how was he successful in shifting political thought to one of his fourteen points?

1 he correctly pushed for the idea that colonies of defeated european nations needed to start self-rule.

2 he persuaded others that an international organization to preserve the peace for all was critical.

3 the three key allies agreed with wilson that punishing one country would hurt european unity.

4 military alliances were permanently dismantled after wilson negotiated this compromise with other leaders.

The answer is two. In his 14 points he pushes for the creation of a international organization to help preserve peace. This would eventually lead to the creation of the League of Nations.
