Answer:

number 1 =

Let y=f(x)=3x−5

Clearly f(x) is one-one onto function so it is invertible.

y=3x−5 ⇒x = y+5/3

∴f −1 (x)= y+5/3

number 2=

(g-h)= 4x+3-x3-2x3

(g-h)=4(-1)+3-(-1)2-2(-x)2

(g-h)=-4+3-(-1)-2(1)

(g-h)=-4+3+1 -2

(g-h) = 2

hope that helps>3

Answer:

1 f(-5) = 3(-5)-1= – 15 – 1 = – 16

2. h(1) = 2(1)+3=2+3=5

g(2)= 3- 4(2)=3 – 8 = – 5

3h(1) ‐ g(2) = 3 (5) – (-5) = 15 +5= 20

I hope I helped you^_^
