You can get creative! it also helps problem solving skills! I also noticed it helps my memory =O I remember the entire green lantern power up,

"brightest day darkest night, no evil shall escape my sight, let those who worship evils might beware my power green lanterns light"

first lesson is that we need to use our brain to do work and not our strength.
second lesson is that life can be puzzling sometimes, we need to put our mind into it to solve it and move forward.
