So we have to first use point-slope form, y - y1 = m (x - x1)

If we plug the numbers in we get...

y + 4 = -5 (x - 3) (take out parenthesis)

y + 4 = -5x + 15 (now subtract 4 from 15)

y = -5x + 11

I think this is right
