Answer:

C (-3, 2)

Explanation:

If you look at the picture you uploaded, you rotated the image 90° counter clockwise. Look at the coordinate where it is now located, which is (-3, 2).

Although the x coordinates say positive on the left side they are really negative.

Also a 90° rotation counter clockwise takes the opposite of y and then switches the x and y coordinates.

(2, 3) -------> (2, -3) --------> (-3, 2)
