2x²+3 is the value of Q(x)

Explanation:

  • first factor 2x ^ 3 + 2x ^ 2 + 3x + 3 then it gives (x+1) &(2x²+3) <=> (x+1) (2x²+3) / (x+1)
  • therefore, both the upper and lower values of x+1 cancel each other and finally get 2x²+3
