NL = 20 units

Property of a rectangle,

"Diagonals of a rectangle are equal in measure and divide each other in two equal parts"

By using this property,

PT = TL

(x + 3) = (3x - 11)

3x - x = 11 + 3

2x = 14

x = 7

Length of PT = (x + 3) = 10

Length pf PA = 2(PT) = 20 units

Length of NL = PA = 20 units
