page breaks partition only the body text
of the document, whereas the section
breaks partition both the body text of
the document, as well as partition page
margins, headers, and footers, page
numbers, and the like.

Page break- A point that is marked where the page is about to end and the new page is about to begin.
Section break- break between two paragraphs, or extra space between two sections.
