Answer:

(1,2) (2,0) (3,-2)

Explanation:

What I did to get those is plug in the numbers 1, 2, and 3 as values of X.

-2(1)+4

that gave me 2 as the Y value and now we have the coordinate (1,2).

-2(2)+4

that gave me 0 as the Y value and now we have the coordinate (2,0).

-2(3)+4

that gave me -2 as the Y value and now we have the coordinate (3,-2).

hope this helps.

Answer:

3 points on the line - (.5,3) (1,2) (1.5,1)

Explanation:

y = -2x + 4 (1.5,1)

1 = -2x + 4 subtract 4 from each side

-3 = -2x divide each side by -2

1.5 = x

y = -2x + 4 (1,2)

2 = -2x + 4 subtract 4 from each side

-2 = -2x divide each side by -2

1 = x

y = -2x + 4 (.5,3)

3 = -2x + 4 subtract 4 from each side

-1 = -2x divide each side by -2

.5 = x
