Explanation:

a. To find the percentage of red and yellow, skip back the decimal point two times: 0.26 > 26% 0.04 > 4%

Add all of the percentages together to get 70%

b. To find how many times more students said red than yellow, divide yellow from red. It shows you how many times yellow can go into red, giving you the correct answer.
