Yes it is 10.

Step 1: convert the mixed number to a fraction so now it is 15/2 divided by 3/4

Step 2: flip the second fraction so now it is 15/2 divided by 4/3

Step 3: multiply straight across so 15x4 and 2x3

Step 4: now you have 60/6

Step 5: reduce that and now you have 10
