I'll help because your pfp proves that you are indeed a classy individual

So.... using the point-slope formula

y-y₁=m(x-x₁)

y₁ is the y-coordinate

x₁ is x-coordinate

m is the slope

when we find the slope from both points we find that they both have a slope of 16/3

therefore... the lines are parallel
