What is the slope of the line that crosses points (6, 9) and (10, 11)

Answer:

2/4 or 1/2

Explanation:

slope is rise/run, so count how many points are between your x-values and how many are between your y-values. there are 4 points between the x's and 2 between the y's.

y-axis is the rise because it goes up and down

x-axis is the run because it's horizontal

rise/run= 2/4= 1/2 because you always simplify.
