Marx believed that proletariat was better of as subsistence farmers, than as workers in the capitalist age. Do you agree? Why or Why not? Use 7-8 sentences to explain your answer

Karl Marx believed in the idea of marxism, which involves in simple words means he believed in a system where people could share what they create with others to prosper. The statement above is simply incorrect as it is totally different from Marx beliefs, a subsistence farm would only help the citizen and his family alone, which contradicts the belief of sharing and cooperating with the system.

Secondly, the idea of having a subsistence garden is the idea of having private land and producing for yourself only. This also goes against Karl Marx's beliefs, as him and Angels stood up for the abolishion of private property and were pro state force and public land.

In conclusion I do not agree with the statement because it contradicts basic beliefs applied by Marx is his famous series of books, Das Kapital, and also disassociates from the main reason of marxism.
