At the grocery store grapes cost $2.55 for 2 pounds. At the farmers market grapes cost $3.55 for 3 pounds. What is the unit rate for each store? Which is ther better deal?

At grocery store
2 pound grapes cost =$2.55
1 pound grapes cost = $1.275
At farmers market
3 pound grapes cost =$3.55
1 pound grapes cost = $1.183

So farmers market deal is the better deal.

U divide the price by the quantity. then you get unit. I did it for both n got 1.18 for farmers and 1.27 for the store's
