Answer:

The coffee shop was buzzing with people's voices and the smell of coffee beans pervaded the air. Waiters were bustling around the small tables and smiles were shared between the individuals sitting with one another. With all this noise and all these people around, a distinct feeling of dread came across Rochelle.

She had been waiting for her friend Marigold for quite some time. She was thirty minutes late, which was worrying Rochelle; the environment of busy and generally content people didn't help her either. She felt isolated and anxious, wondering if Marigold was okay or if she just somehow 'forgot'. Marigold wasn't the type to forget their weekly meetups at this coffee shop, so this had Rochelle's worries blossom in her chest.

Rochelle looked up from her seat and saw a set of brown eyes staring at her. She didn't recognize the person, but he seemed to light up at the sight of her. He instantly walked over to her seat and flashed a smile at the girl. "Hello, are you Rochelle?" he asked.

Somewhat startled, Rochelle didn't say anything but had simply nodded.

"Wonderful! There's a police officer outside waiting for you," he said casually, as if he was just delivering the morning weather.

Rochelle's eyes widened and her heart pounded inside her ribcage. "What?" she spluttered, frantically standing up from her seat. "Did I do something wrong?"

"Well, I would go outside and talk to them before making that assumption."

She took a big breath in and nodded. He was right. Just because it was a police officer didn't mean she was in trouble, persay, but it did have her sweating. She politely thanked the man and made her way out the coffee shop's glass doors, her eyes drifting around the sidewalk for the man in uniform.

Step-by-step explanation:

I am sorry, this is all I have time for now. Once she finds the police officer, he hands her the package and she's excited to find the air tickets inside. Good luck!
