what to email to teacher bc we have test today and i didn't show up for 4 days in school last week and tomorrow im going to absent again . what should i say to my teacher. i have been sick n having a hard time n didnt finish some works

I wasn't able to attend my classes for the last four days due to my illness. I plan to be gone once again tomorrow. Apologies for missing class. Is there any way that I could make up for the work lost?
