A = (4, 2)
B = (- 1, y)
We know that the slope is -7/5 which is rise/run
Thankfully the run is 5 which is the exact distance from 4 to -1 so we would need to apply -7 to 2 which would be 5
The answer is
B = (- 1, 5)
