Let x = Snicker Bars
Let y = Wrapping paper

Therefore, solve as simultaneous equation:
16x + 4y = 132
20x + 6y = 190

Solve for y:
16x + 4y = 132
x = 132 - 4y/16

Substitute value of x into 20x + 6y = 190:
20(132 - 4y/16) + 6y = 190
2640 - 80y/16 + 6y = 190
2640 - 80y = 16(190 - 6y)
2640 - 80y = 3040 - 96y
96y - 80y = 3040 -2640
16y = 400
y = 400/16
y = 25

Substitute value of y = 25 in x = 132 - 4y/16 to find x:
x = 132 - 4(25)/16
x = 2

Therefore, the prices per Snickers snack bars is 2.
