because GRIP is a rectangle

=>PR = GI = 2PS

<=> 10x + 4 = 2.(6x - 4)

<=> 10x + 4 = 12x - 8

<=> 2x = 12

<=> x = 6

because PR = GI => PR = 10x + 4 = 10.6 + 4 = 64
