In simple words, The founding fathers deemed the courts to be one of the less strong divisions, but it gathered traction as time progressed. While the Constitution granted citizens more independence and reduced the state's power when it comes to the welfare and protection of the plurality of citizens.

Whenever the state sought to demonstrate its control over people and communities, the court still affected, interfered and assisted the residents. Detach, but fair, and no segregation in public care were two of the main instances that developed the strength of personal liberty as well as personal freedom over through the authority of the government.
