C-2 hours because if you multiply 1x4=4 1x8=8 and then you simplify by 4 and you got 2/1

1/8 of the lawn in 1/4 of an hour. That mean you would need a whole hour to do 4/8 or 1/2 of the lawn. So you would need two hours to do the whole lawn.
