Hello there, hope you are having a splendid day. :)

y=1/8x-1

This equation is written in slope-intercept form, which looks like so:

y=mx+b

Where m is the slope (1/8) and b is the y-intercept (-1).

Hope it helps. Ask me if you have any queries.

Answer:

1/8x ... -1 would be the y intercept so 1/8x is the slope
