You have to convert 22.5 seconds to hours

1st you have to go from seconds -> minutes:
22.5 seconds x 1min / 60secs = 0.375mins

2nd go from minutes to hours:
0.375mins x 1hr / 60minutes = 0.00625hours

Since it is miles per hour, miles would go on top and hours (or seconds in this this case) would go on the bottom.

To find miles per hour:

(1/4) miles / 0.00625 hours = 40 miles per hour.

Therefore, hyena runs 40 miles per hour.
