1. y+2=2(x-3)
2. Y=2x-8

Step-by-step explanation:

Point-Slope Form: y-y1 = m(x-x1)
(x1,y1) => (3,-2)

Y-(-2)=2(x-(3)) —> y+2=2(x-3)

Slope-Intercept Form: y=mx+b
(3,-2). M=2 (slope)

-2=2(3)+b Y=2x-8
-2=6+b
-6
—————
-8=b
