Nope.

So what you do know is that negative numbers are smaller than postive numbers, so you can order the -99 first since that is less than -90 and positive numbers, because the -99 is further from 0 than -90.

so currently it is

You also know that 1/100 is smaller than 10/100, and they are both positive numbers so

-99, -90, 1/100, 10/100
