Can you pleasee explain how to find a y- intersept??

a y-intercept is any point that has an x-value of 0. for example, the ordered pairs (0,6) and (0,-4) would both be considered y-intercepts since any point with an x-value of 0 overlaps with the y-axis.

Answer: to find a y intercept you have to use the slope intercept form y = mx+b the m is the slope and the b is the y intercept the intercept depends on the value where y crosses the y axis.
