sry if im wrong...

Explanation:

2(3 + 4x) = 8x + 6

rerange terms-

2(3+4x)= 8x+6

2(4x+3)= 8x+6

distribute-

2(4x+3)= 8x+6

8x+6=8x+6

subtract 6 from both sides of the equation-

8x=8x

subtract 8x from both sides of the equation-

8x=8x

8x-8x=8x-8x

simplify-

0=0

result-

0=0

the input is an identity: it is true for all values

Answer:

Infinite number of solutions

Explanation:

2(3 + 4x) = 8x + 6\\6 + 8x = 8x+6\\8x-8x=6-6\\0=0

For any value of x, both equations are equal to each other because both sides are identical
