Answer:

I believe the answer would be technician A. This would be due to the fact that not all accidents are avoidable even if it isn't your fault. most of accidents are out of your control even if you take care of your items, it probably will still happen. But don't quote me on it, i'm not completely sure, but i'm about 90% there.
