First you will have to find how long Tiger stays in the air...since we consider the horizontal motion to be constant, then we have to find it using vertical motion...
y = vot + 1/2at*2
Tiger's vertical motion is 0 to begin with...
6.3 m = 0 + 1/2(9.8 m/s*2)t*2
t = 1.13 s
Second, how far horizontally will Tiger travel in that time...
v = d/t or d = vt = 3.5 m/s(1.13 s) = 4.0 m
