Looking at the graph, after 5 seconds, the balloon reaches 150 feet

at 10 seconds, it reaches 300 feet

Slope m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (300 - 150)/(10 - 5) = 150/5 = 30

y = mx + b

300 = 30(10) + b

300 = 300 + b

b = 0

then y = 30x
