Answer:

Consistant practice. It takes years to grasp techinques and apply them to art. But if you’re a hopeless beginner, then just try your best. Fan art is still fan art no matter how unpolished your skills are. Whoever you are making fanart for will be thankful regardless of skill :)

Basically, just get good, if you’re not good, then try your best.

If your a begginer, I reccomended using Pics Art, it has a bunch of drawing tools, clipart, etc. Its a great begginer wa y to start! Once you've gotten the basics down from Pics Art, Procreate is great for art and is more high tech!
