The actual width would be 9.75 feet. (I think).

Explanation:

If two inches represents three feet, then two inches also represents thirty-six inches. You would then have to set up the proportion
(2)/(36) = (6.5)/(x). Solving that proportion would get you an answer of 117 inches, equal to 9.75 feet. I hope this helps! :)
