Line a has a slope of -4/3 and line b has a slope of -3/4 are both lines perpendicular.​

No they are not perpendicular.

Explanation:

No they are not because they are both line b is still negative.

In order for them to be perpendicular is if the slopes were like this....

-4/3x and 3/4x

or

4/3x and -3/4x

They have to be complete opposites.
