Lauren is tutoring students at the library on Saturday. If she is at the library for a total of 6 hours and she helps each student, one at a time, for Three-fourths of an hour, how many students does she tutor?

First, make all of the numbers the same. 6*60=360. Now, divide 360 by 45. You will get 5 and 2/9ths. As you cannot tutor half students, you would round it down to get 5 students.
