A teacher brings 4 packs of pencils to school each pack contains 12 she has 25 students in her class how many pencils can she give each student

Explanation:

Since there are 4 packs of pencils with 12 pencils in each pack, you want to multiply 12 by 4 which equals 48 pencils in total. Because there are 25 students, each student can have 1 pencil. They can't have 2 pencils each though since 25 times 2 is 50 and 48 is less than 50.
