Answer: The equation of the line is y=-3/4x+1/4

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to find the equation of a line you can use the following form

y-y0=m(x-x0)

M in this case is our slope

For the line in this problem we know that our slope or m is = -3/4ths

While (x0,y0) = (-5,4)ths or the cordinates of the point

From here we subsitute the previous numbers into the equation

y - 4= -3/4ths (x-(-5))

Simply rearange the equation and you get the answer
