I feel the same thing all the time, i dont know your situation, but all you can do is try and be positive. Try and surround yourself with people that make you happy instead of people making you feel worse then you already feel. Its easy to say but hard to do, i could go on and tell you that everything is going to be fine, but we dont know that. No one does, but you have to have faith. Think to yourself about how it can be instead of how it is, and try to find a way to change you from being broken, to having peices being put together. I have ptsd, anxiety, and depression, i feel that way every day, and i tell myself that i can make my life better, and sometimes it doesnt work. What i do in your situation is i let my feelings out, sometimes i write them down, or sometimes ill sit in my shower and cry until i feel a little better, i hope i helped a little bit if you ever need to talk let me know, maybe im someone you can relate to one day.
