All triangles equal 180 degrees, if you have two of the angles in a triangle then all you need to do is add them up, and find the difference between the sum and 180

For example:

Triangle 2 has one angle that's 54 degrees and the other is 85 degrees

54+85=139

180-139=41

therefore angle p equals 41 degrees.
