No

Explanation:

The equation of the blue line is y<-3x.

The equations of the red line is y≥2x+1

Now plug in x=2 and y=6 and see if they work

6<-3(2)

6<-6

No

6≥2(2)+1

6≥4+1

6≥5

Yes

But since the solution has to work for both equations the answer is no.

Or you could have seen that at x=2, any points within the blue region are negative and six isn’t negative and would not work.
