Explanation:

this looks totally like

f(x) = 1/3 x - 3

to me.

because

f(0) = -3

f(3) = -2

f(6) = -1

so, f(9) = 1/3 × 9 - 3 = 3 - 3 = 0

f(9) = 0

you did not list that as answer option, but that is the correct answer.
