Answer:

-5

Explanation:

okay so first things first we have to do the equations within the brackets first which is:

[(-13 * 2) + (-4)] and [(-2) * (-3)]

so -13 * 2 = -26

The reason it is a negative number is because a positive number multiplied or divided by a negative number (or vice versa) is going to make the answer a negative number. you then add -4 to -26 to get -30

so [(-2) * (-3)]= 6

The reason it is a positive number is because a negative number multiplied or divided by a negative number is going to make the answer a positive number.

so the equation now looks like this:

-30/ 6 =

So we now have to divide the negative 30 by a positive 6 to get the answer -5.

So your answer to the equation [(-13 * 2) + (-4)] / [(-2) * (-3)] = -5

I think your doing fine if you have two people agreeing that you got the right answer.
