Explanation:

you set up a proportion which is $7000 over x is equal 100% over 15% then you cross multiply so $7000 times 15% which equals 105000 then you times 100% and x that makes it 100x then you divide 105000 by 100x and you get $1050 which is your fees and taxes so then you add it to $7000 so then you get $8050
