the answer is: -11/3
8/4 * 11/-6
Multiplying an odd number of negative terms makes the product negative
-8/4 * 11/6
Reduce the numbers with the greatest common factor
-2 * 11/6
2 cancels out -2; divide 6 by 2
= -11/3
