OK, so y = mx + b. b is the y intercept meaning that is where the slope goes through the y axis. so start at -2. Now that you know where to start you can use the fraction as rise / run. so since the fraction is negative you would go down 3 and over (to the left) 2 all the way until there is no more graph. and do the opposite when going up, so go up 3 and 2 to the right. So keep going up 3 and right 2, up 3 right 2.

And it's the same for the second one. Start at 3 because that is b (or where the slope crosses the y axis) and go down 1 and (left) 4, down 1 and left 4. and that should help, I hope it did I tried to make it not sound confusing haha!
