From the given equations:


x+y = 11\\2x - 3y = -3

multiply top equation by -2 and add them


-2x - 2y = -22\\2x - 3y = -3\\-5y = -25\\y = 5\\x + 5 = 11\\x = 6

so, x = 6, y = 5

A: x-y = 2

6 - 5 = 1, so its not a

B: -2x + 2y = -2

-2(6) + 2(5) = -12 + 10 = -2

B works

just looking at C and D I can tell it doesnt work

So the answer is B
