The measures of the angles of a triangle are 40, 55 and 85. What is the measure of the largest exterior angle of the triangle?

The largest external angle will be that of the smallest interior angle. It will be equal to 180 minus the interior angle, which it forms a linear pair with.

Ext. Angle = 180 - 40 = 140 degrees
