Answer: 29%

Explanation: Remember the base pairing rules: adenine always pairs with thymine (in DNA exclusively; in RNA, where there is no thymine, it will pair with uracil), and cytosine with guanine. Because the nitrogenous bases are always paired rationally, they will always be equal in amount.
