Does all art have to be committed to thinking, or can we admit artistic forms that do not have a concrete purpose?

Please give me a full answer and with your real opinion!

Answer:

All art does not have to be committed to thinking. Art can indeed have purposes but not always. Art can be always made random; this type of art has the beauty of being randomly perceived differently by different types of people.
